Overview
Nuance App provides rich, conversational experiences for users. This policy defines our standard of practice, as well as what is and isn't allowed when using Nuance App's business messaging features. Violation of these policies may result in limited or removed access to Nuance App's business services.

- Given explicit opt-in permission to receive messages
- We will honor all user requests to opt-out or block communications
- We maintain clear records of user consent

Message Quality Standard
- Only relevant and valuable content is sent to users, with professional communication standards at the forefront
- User inquiries are responded to within 24 hours
- Users can opt out whenever
3. Prohibited Activities
These messages are strictly prohibited by Nuance App:
- Illegal products or services
- Fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Harassment or abuse
- Spam or unwanted messages
- Impersonation of other businesses
4. Data Protection
- Nuance App obtains and maintain all necessary user consents
- Implement appropriate data security measures
- Maintains a published privacy policy (nuanceapp.co/privacy)
- Applicable data protection laws are complied with
- User personal information is protected
- User data is not shared with third parties without consent

6. Policy Violations
Users that commit violations will be reprimanded as follows:
- First violation: Warning and corrective action required
- Second violation: Temporary suspension of services
- Third violation: Permanent account termination
- Severe violations may result in immediate termination
Appeals Process
- Submit appeals within 30 days of enforcement action
- Provide documentation supporting appeal
- Allow up to 5 business days for review
- Appeals decisions are final
6. Updates and Changes
Nuance App reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Major changes will be communicated directly to businesses through our platform.
